Returns/Faulty Goods Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by original method of payment.
You will receive the credit normally within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please be aware that Shipping Costs DOES NOT include any Import Tax/Customs Duties that may be required for the delivery of your order OUTSIDE of the UK’. Such costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Import Tax and Duties
Any order placed for delivery OUTSIDE of the UK may be subject to Import/Customs Duties or Taxes.
Please note, any costs incurred ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY of Universal Flip (or any subsidiary).
Please check with your local or national postal services websites for costs.
Should the customer refuse to pay Import Duties or Taxes resulting in the return of goods, please be advised that a refund for the purchase price of the order WILL NOT be given.
Universal Flip will not accept returns of purchases due to the refusal of payment of import or duties taxes.
